Just because some lawyer's "media department" contacts local TV stations, newspapers, and radio stations and makes false statements doesn't mean anyone is guilty. The allegations and reports against me were "long on sensationalism but short of the truth".
Let me be perfectly clear:
The media reports listed under my "Google Search" were simply an "advertisement ploy" to attract more people to call. Once they called, the attorneys would then explain that I was not the source of the complaint. However, it was my name they used in their ads.
Lawyers:
It just goes to show you the type of society we live in today. To this day, lawyers from all over the country scan through media reports on the internet then advertise on a person's individual "Google Search" to get business in a state the person has never been to! How desperate do you have to be to get business?
It's today's version of "ambulance chasing". Very sad. It's also clear that lawyers love to hide behind the word "Allegedly". They "skirt" the truth then protect themselves with slick verbiage in fear of being sued.
My belief: "Ill gotten treasures have no lasting value." Proverbs 10:02 NIV
Media:
It has also come to my attention that if you put up enough money, you can get any story across any media whether the story is validated or not. It's called "Pay to Play'. Put up enough money and you'll get your story on TV, Radio or in the Newspaper whether it's truthful or not. It doesn't have to be the truth to be news anymore. If you're willing to pay, it goes on!
So Why Fight Back?
"The only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good people to do nothing".
